Originally from Canada, Regan understands the challenges and emotions of relocating to a new country and the importance of finding a supportive community. Her personal experiences have fueled her dedication to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and welcomed.
In March 2025, Regan deepened her commitment to holistic well-being by completing her yoga teacher training. She is drawn to the transformative power of yoga and breath work, which can shift our mindset and create space for clarity, calm and growth. These modalities have become integral to her approach, allowing her to guide others through gentle movement and mindful breathing.
Regan's practice is rooted in compassion and inclusivity. She believes in the importance of creating safe spaces where individuals can connect with themselves and others. Through the Connect initiative, Regan aims to pay forward the support and community she found upon her arrival in Australia, helping others navigate their own journeys with confidence and belonging.
