Cristy is the strategic heartbeat behind CONNECT — with over 20 years of business, strategy and people leadership across technology, healthcare and complex organisations, she brings clarity, focus and purpose to our mission.
Her financial acumen and forward-thinking planning ensure that every event, initiative and community-connection we deliver is built on a strong foundation. What drives her most, though, is the belief that business can serve belonging: that strategic decisions should deepen community, not divide it. As Director and business brain, Cristy works quietly behind the scenes so that our facilitators, practitioners and participants can simply show up, feel supported and connect — while she guides the roadmap to creating a future where loneliness is replaced with genuine connection.
