This form collects some personal information so we can get to know you, understand your experience, and assess your suitability for the opportunities available. The details you provide will also help us manage selection, onboarding, session bookings, and ongoing support if your application is successful.

As part of your application, we’re asking you to record a short 2–3 minute video introducing yourself and telling us why you’d like to join The Connect Initiative. This helps us get a sense of your personality, communication style, and what draws you to this kind of community-focused role — things that are often hard to capture on paper alone.

Your video doesn’t need to be polished or professionally edited — just be yourself! You can record it on your phone, laptop, or whatever feels easiest. When you’re ready, you can either:

• Upload the video straight from your mobile phone, or

• Pop it onto a platform like YouTube, Vimeo, Google Drive, Dropbox (or any you prefer) and share the link.
