Bree Sanders

Bree is a Holistic Guide who shares the transformative power of yoga and breath work to help others reconnect with their truth. Her work invites people to return home to themselves — to remember their inner wisdom, strength, and potential.

After years of self-doubt, Bree found her path through personal growth and community. Breathwork was her first step in feeling safe and connected to her body, which restored her energy and awakened an understanding of the body’s innate intelligence. Yoga deepened that connection, revealing the ancient wisdom that unites mind, body, and spirit.

Freedom, growth, and balance are found in the basics; mastering your breath, calming your mind, and coming home to your body.  

Bree is trained in Spiritus Breathwork & Somatics, is a certified 200-hour Yoga Teacher, and is currently completing her 300-hour advanced training. Through mentoring, women’s circles, ecstatic dance, and more, she weaves embodied wisdom with heart-led guidance to inspire connection, growth, and authentic living.
