Charlotte encourages people to feel from the heart and discover themselves using sound, movement and stillness. She comes to the mat with a creative, sound based & intuitive approach. Her kaleidoscopic teaching style uses nature-based guided imagery to help you arrive at a deep connection with self. Her teachings are ancient practices with a modern twist.

She sees chanting as a meditate & nurturing practice which can be relaxing, joyous, heart opening and transformative. She believes yoga is a way to understand ourselves and the world we live in. For her the sensations of the body are the ‘language’ of our body, and mindful movement is our internal medicine.
