Jenna is a yoga teacher, educator, and environmental scientist who brings a grounded, holistic approach to her practice. Her yoga journey began 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until five years ago, while navigating the demands of a busy professional life, that she fully committed to living her yoga—on and off the mat. Moving around Australia for work, yoga became her constant companion, helping her find balance, presence, and community wherever she landed.
Jenna has completed 250 hours of teacher training in the Tantric tradition, 150 hours specialising in Yin Yoga, and Kirtan teacher training. She teaches Flow, Yin, and Mantra, offering practices that honour the body’s unique anatomy and invite deep awareness.
As an environmental scientist and lifelong educator, Jenna is passionate about living lightly on the earth and supporting others to do the same. She sees yoga not just as a practice on the mat, but as a way of being—guided by the philosophy of compassion, connection, and care for all living things.
Kirtan opened a new doorway for Jenna—combining her lifelong love of music and singing with the wisdom of yoga. Having played guitar and sung since her teenage years, she now weaves voice, movement, and stillness together in her classes, creating space for connection, expression, and inner peace.
