Melanie is a transpersonal psychologist with over 25 years of experience in psychology and social work. She is passionate about holding safe, compassionate spaces where people can CONNECT more deeply with themselves and with others.

Blending mindfulness, meditation, yoga, and compassion-focused practices, Melanie supports wellbeing, balance, and resilience. Her approach combines clinical expertise with a long-standing interest in consciousness and the human spirit, guiding people toward calm, presence, and authentic connection.


Within the Connect Initiative, Melanie facilitates sessions that invite participants to pause, ground, and reconnect — whether through gentle yoga, guided meditation, or mindfulness practices infused with compassion. She believes that when we cultivate compassion for ourselves, we naturally extend it to others, strengthening community and collective wellbeing.
