Molly is known for her warmth and her ability to hold space with ease, creating an environment where you're encouraged to show up exactly as you are. Her sessions offer a beautiful balance of stillness and self-exploration, along with the opportunity to take on moderate challenges-only if and where it feels good for you.
She moves from the heart and encourages you to do the same, allowing you to feel in control of your own practice and experience. You'll leave feeling inspired, empowered, and deeply grounded. Molly will also be guiding us through a sound bath, designed to be a deeply calming and restorative experience for your nervous system.
Her approach is gentle and soothing, helping you slow down, soften, and truly rest. Her intention is to guide you into a state of peaceful stillness, allowing you to reset and reconnect with yourself.
