Penny’s joyous energy radiates from the moment you step into her yoga classes. Expect a deep sense of calm with sprinkling’s of joy, grounding and humour as she shares the practice and her knowledge that has become her life. With her gentle, caring nature, Penny tailors each class to meet students where they are on the day through awareness and helping you embrace your unique body. A recently trained teacher with 400+ hours in Tantra Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Five Element Form and now with her next training focused towards the Sattva Himalayan Integrated practice, come and experience Penny’s heart-led classes.

 

Penny discovered the practice at 17 and after being a student for nearly 30 years has been on the path for lifelong expansion through travel, training, and retreats. Her other path is a travel agent and she has taken her unique skillset to expand on the divine synergy of yoga and travel. Join her to explore not only physical postures but also the rich philosophy and diverse techniques of yoga, deepening your connection to your body, mind, and spirit.
