A devoted student of yoga for over thirty years, Penny found her teaching voice in her mid-forties. Yoga and travel are deeply woven into her life, and sharing these passions with her children and community brings her profound joy and gratitude.


Penny draws on a lifetime of lived experience, continuous learning, and time spent travelling and teaching to guide others toward greater presence, self-connection, and authenticity. Her journey has shaped a grounded, compassionate approach that gently encourages people to live more fully and with intention.

As a travel business owner and mother of two girls, Penny understands the importance of sustainable self-care and the art of weaving wellbeing into everyday life. Her teaching invites you to slow down, reconnect, and say yes to yourself — cultivating a gratitude-rich way of being and a life that feels nourishing rather than exhausting.

Qualified in Tantra Vinyasa, Yin, and The Five Element Form, with continued studies through Sattva and conscious mentoring in Buddhism and Hinduism.


Penny’s offerings weave together meditation, movement, philosophy, and humour, creating sessions that are heartfelt, engaging, and welcoming for all.
