The CONNECT Initiative is building more than events. We’re building a community and an ecosystem where people can meet, belong, contribute and feel part of something bigger.
And we can’t build that alone.
We’re looking for people, businesses, organisations, venues, practitioners and community-minded humans who believe that stronger communities start with connection.

Our mission is to help create stronger, more connected communities through genuine human connection. And that takes all of us - people, businesses, organisations, venues, volunteers, facilitators, partners and community champions who believe that everyone deserves to feel part of something.

JOIN THE CONNECT CREW
The CONNECT Crew are the people who help make our community feel like community.
They’re the familiar face, the warm welcome, the person who notices someone standing on their own and makes room for them. They help create the small moments that can turn a gathering into a place where someone feels comfortable coming back.
There are lots of ways to be part of the Crew, and you don’t need to commit to everything. Choose the role - or roles - that feel right for you.
Whether you’re welcoming someone new, helping things run smoothly, sharing a coffee and a conversation, or simply being there for someone who needs a friendly face, you’re helping us build belonging.

SHARE YOUR GIFT WITH CONNECT
CONNECT brings people together through experiences that create space for movement, mindfulness, wellbeing, creativity, conversation and genuine human connection.
We’re always looking to CONNECT with passionate practitioners, facilitators and people with something meaningful to share.
You might teach yoga, lead breathwork, guide meditation, create sound experiences, facilitate movement, share your knowledge or offer something completely unique.
What matters most is not the modality - it’s the intention behind it.
We’re looking for people who believe in creating welcoming experiences where people can slow down, be present, try something new and connect with themselves and others. Our facilitators are paid contributors who help bring our weekly CONNECT gatherings to life. Alongside leading their session, they become part of the wider CONNECT experience - working alongside our hosts and Crew to help create a warm, inclusive and connected environment.

BECOME A CONNECT COMMUNITY LEAD
Our CONNECT Community Leads help bring CONNECT to life in their local community. They’re the warm welcome, the familiar face and the person who helps people feel like they belong. Today, the role includes leading our weekly CONNECT gatherings - coordinating facilitators, guiding the flow and creating a welcoming experience from the first hello to the final goodbye.
As CONNECT grows, so will the role. Community Leads will help nurture local relationships, welcome new people, support community initiatives and help shape what CONNECT looks like in their area.
This is more than running an event.
It’s about helping build a community.

Your business can help build a more connected community.
Community doesn’t just happen at CONNECT gatherings. It happens in cafés, workplaces, shops, studios, venues, neighbourhoods and everyday moments. Our Community Partners are local businesses and organisations who believe that connection and belonging matter - and want to play a role in creating a stronger community around them.
There are lots of ways to partner with CONNECT.
You might open your doors, share your space, support a community initiative, help spread the word, contribute your expertise or simply find a meaningful way to bring your people and ours together. We’re not looking for transactional sponsorships.
We’re looking for genuine community partnerships.
